Birthright Deadline Changed to March 5th

Have you ever floated in the Dead Sea? Seen the sunrise from Masada? Smoked hookah in a Bedouin tent? Explored the Old City of Jerusalem? If you haven’t, then what are you waiting for?!

If you are Jewish, between the ages of 18-26, and have never been to Israel before on a peer trip, you are eligible to spend 10 days in either May ’07 or June ’07 with fellow college students and see first hand what everyone is talking about.

Registration opens soon for Taglit-birthright israel: Hillel trip. Go to www.israel.hillel.org for more information and to register. Registration begins FEBRUARY 15TH and ends MARCH 5TH.

Planning on Being On campus for Passover (Monday, April 2nd, right after spring break)?

The CJL wants YOU to Have it Your Way!

Lead a Seder for a group of your peers and with the theme and style of your choice.

No previous Seder leading experience necessary. We will provide workshops to help you prepare.

Mazel tov to two of our students!

Maital Friedman Baldachin has been awarded the Labouisse Prize. This prestigious award allows her to continue her important work in Uganda.

Jordan Reimer has been selected to be in the inaugural class of Scholars in the Nations Service, an extremely competitive new Woodrow Wilson program.

These are HUGE accomplishments for Maital and Jordan and for our community.
