This I Believe: Jewish Concepts of God
Taught by Rabbi Julie Roth
Tuesdays, starting February 9 at 6pm in the CJL

Dinner will be served

Throughout Jewish existence, from Biblical times to today, Judaism has embraced (or struggled with) a myriad of concepts of God. From the rational to the esoteric, this series will allow each of us - agnostic, believer, and atheist - to better understand what we do and do not believe about God. This  5 session class will include study, discussion, and personal reflection.

Life's Big Questions
Facilitated by Rabbi Julie Roth
Spring 2010 (after Passover)
Dates & Times TBA

Each session of this four part series will address one of life's "big questions". Why be Jewish? What does it mean to live a meaningful life? and other ultimate questions, selected by the group, will be addressed by guest speakers.
